STEP 1: CONFIRM YOU MEET AT LEAST ONE OF THE LISTED CONDITIONS

All applicants must meet AT LEAST ONE of the following conditions:

I am working for at least 20 hours per week
I am attending school/education program at least 20 hours per week
I am participating in an approved employment assistance activity through Ontario Works
I have received approval through the child care referral process

Enter line 236 from you and your spouse (if applicable) Income Tax Notice of Assessment or use the Family Net Income amount from your Canada Child Benefit Notice.
